CEHD Sabbatical Supplement Application - at this time the availability of the supplement program is uncertain for future years.
Directions
If interested in a sabbatical, fill out the Form: CEHD criteria for approving sabbatical leaves as used by Ed Psych. If approved, the Chair will send Form 6 to fill out.
For sabbaticals or single semester leaves, please fill out this form for the Department of Educational Psychology in addition to the CEHD leave forms (referenced in the memo above). The approval process set by the CEHD at the departmental level requires the information gathered on this form in addition to the CEHD leave forms. Once the leave is reviewed and approved, these forms will be sent to CEHD Dean's Office as a set. Discussion of single semester and sabbatical leaves must be in concert with your program coordinator and the department chair.
Visit the CEHD Human Resources site for more information.
If you have questions related to development leaves, please contact: Rochelle Hammer, department administrator or the Department Chair
Complete the CEHD Probationary 2-Course Release Request Form if you have been granted a 2-course release to pursue research and writing in preparation for promotion and tenure. Prior to completing this form, the faculty member and department head should meet to discuss the timing (i.e., the specific semester) of the 2-course release and the work the faculty member plans to undertake.
