Head shots

Each fall at the CEHD Fall Assembly, the college hires professional photographers to snap headshots for faculty and staff free of charge. 

If you cannot attend Fall Assembly, Amanda Nelson, the communications and marketing manager (achavis@umn.edu), can use the department camera to take a headshot for you and can do minor color correction. 

Alternatively,  you may send the communications and marketing manager your own high resolution photo for use on your webpage and in future department and college communications. 

We highly recommend updating your headshot at least every five years.

Video

High quality video production

The college's on-staff multi-media storyteller is Jarius Davis. Work with the communications and marketing manager to contact Jarius for your video needs.

FlipGrid

The communications and marketing manager can assist in creating a FlipGrid page and promoting it via email if you're looking for a way to gather video submissions. (Note: This is for marketing and communications purposes only.)

Zoom replays

If you are hosting an event on Zoom and plan to record it, the communications and marketing manager can assist in captioning, publishing, and sharing your replay. Please notify the communications and marketing manager in advance should you need assistance.
