HABIT 1: BALANCED WORKOUT ROUTINE

During my freshman year, my main passion was to go to the gym and lift weights. Through that period, I have practiced correct motions of exercises including pull-ups, squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. While I believed this was a great routine, I ended up spending too much time and effort to the extent that workouts influenced my academic experience at college. For that reason, I have entirely stopped going to the gym and dedicated my time to academic and professional life. Ironically, at the end of my second year, I experienced severe deterioration in health conditions such as chronic fatigue and stress. During the summer of 2024, I am hoping to create and maintain a balanced workout routine by investing time in building a healthy body which is the foundation of a healthy mind.

Day 1: Lower Body + Core
20 Mins Cardio -- 4 Sets of Core Workout

Day 2: Back and Bicep
2 Sets of Core Workout -- 4 Sets of Pull-Ups [Currently Body Weight * 6-8]
4 Sets of Seated Row [Currently 70 lb * 12] -- 4 Sets of Lat Pulldown [Currently 80 lb * 12]
4 Sets of Dumbbell Row [Currently 30 lb * 13] -- 4 Sets of Deadlift [Currently 135 lb * 15]
4 Sets of Dumbbell Curl [Currently 15 lb * 15] -- 4 Sets of Hammer Curl [Currently 15 lb * 12]
Day 3: Shoulder, Chest, and Tricep

HABIT 2: CONSISTENT CIRCADIAN RHYTHM

In recent years, the most important daily routine has been inconsistent: the sleeping schedule. I have heard from several sources that one of the most important qualifications that a great leader must possess is consistency. I came to a conclusion that if I can not make my life consistent, then I can not be portrayed as consistent to the surrounding people. Frequently, I spend a lot of time on wasteful thoughts about securing hours of sleep without routine. In addition, I am aware that many hours at night are wasted without progressivity compared to hours in the morning. I plan to create a consistent sleeping schedule during my 24 hours which can not be broken regardless of any emergent tasks or exams. Also, I want to find out the most effective strategies to readjust circadian rhythm in a healthier way. Eventually, I will increase my productivity throughout the day and build a healthier daily routine.

Let me betray the world, but never let the world betray me. I will always not be entirely invested in one option, but expand my options every time so that I can make ideal choices at the end of the day. In order to achieve this, I must develop a habit where I can distribute my attention and effort to multiple tasks at the same time, from 100% in one thing and 0% in other things into 90% in multiple tthings because most of the times 90% and 100% are almost same quality.
