HABIT 2: CONSISTENT CIRCADIAN RHYTHM

In recent years, the most important daily routine has been inconsistent: the sleeping schedule. I have heard from several sources that one of the most important qualifications that a great leader must possess is consistency. I came to a conclusion that if I can not make my life consistent, then I can not be portrayed as consistent to the surrounding people. Frequently, I spend a lot of time on wasteful thoughts about securing hours of sleep without routine. In addition, I am aware that many hours at night are wasted without progressivity compared to hours in the morning. I plan to create a consistent sleeping schedule during my 24 hours which can not be broken regardless of any emergent tasks or exams. Also, I want to find out the most effective strategies to readjust circadian rhythm in a healthier way. Eventually, I will increase my productivity throughout the day and build a healthier daily routine.
