Saying no can be hard, but sometimes it's really important! It's okay to set boundaries, and if you don't have enough time to prioritize something, it's okay to say "I can't do that right now". 

Sleep

Sleep is so important, but sometimes when we are stressed, it's the first thing to go.

Prioritize sleep as you prepare for finals. You need to rest and recharge. Check out these sleep tips!

Exercise

Exercise can help clear your mind and keeps your body active! Make sure to incorporate some level of movement in your study plan!

Make sure to do some quick stretches or small movements while you study. Especially if you start to notice you are reading the same sentence over and over and over and over..... You get the picture ;)
