Learn about how to improve your sleep! Sleep is so important, but sometimes it can be difficult. Join us for PioneerZZZ for sleep-improving techniques that can use to improve your quality of sleep!
PioneersZZZ is a 1-week program. Sign-up today if you want to improve your sleep! When the program starts on Sept 30th students will receive some questions about their sleep and access to the PioneerZZZ portal with information on how to improve sleep habits and access to daily logs.
Participants will commit to:
Each night choosing positive sleep practices in each area:
Sleep Routine
Sleep Space
Pro-Sleep Action
Complete Daily Logs of the positive sleep practice you chose
Upon completion of PioneerZZZ, participants will receive a prize!*
*To be eligible for prize, must complete the initial sleep questionnaire, daily logs, and final sleep questionnaire.
