Employee Handbook
A handbook that provides basic information regarding the role and scope of TSTC, as well as the policies that define the responsibilities of employer and employee.
CLC ID Protect
This flyer provides information about free ID theft protection, monitoring benefits, fraud resolution assistance, and financial and legal coaching. The directions are on the form for you to set up yourself. It may take up to 30 days before you are able to sign up for this benefit.
Continuation Coverage Notification (COBRA)
This is a continuation coverage that is limited to the medical and dental benefits you have when you separate employment. If you choose COBRA continuation coverage, you will pay the full cost of your premium(s) plus a 2% administrative fee.
HIPPA
This notice describes how ERS may use or disclose medical information about you and how you can get access to your own information pursuant to HIPPA.

All benefit eligible employees are automatically enrolled into the Teacher Retirement System (TRS) on their first day of employment. Some employees, such as full-time faculty, librarians, and certain administrators and professionals employed by Texas Public institutions of Higher Education are eligible to enroll in the Optional Retirement Plan (ORP)
