Military Employment Preference

Valuing the men and women who served our country.

TSTC supports military employment preference in alignment with the Military Employment Preference Act (Chapter 657, Government Code). Individuals who qualify may receive a preference in employment or appointment with a state agency when competing for the same position, provided other applicants do not demonstrate greater qualification.
