Our HR Training & Organizational Development (TOD) team is dedicated to providing training and awareness that is relevant, practical, and inspiring. We want professional development to feel seamless and rewarding. You can always see what’s coming up on the Training & Organizational Development training calendar, with detailed descriptions of each training session so you can choose what best fits your goals.

Tracking your growth is just as important as the training itself and we’ve made that simple through Workday’s Learning App:

• Sessions facilitated by the TOD team will be tracked for you automatically in Workday.  Once completed, they will appear in your Workday profile under the Learning tab in the Career menu.

• Sessions attended outside of TSTC such as conferences, webinars, etc as well as any LinkedIn Learning or Franklin Covey training should be entered into Workday by you so your learning record reflects your full growth process.
