Each of us has unique ways of thinking, working, and connecting with others. The 16 Personalities framework helps us to better understand those differences so we can appreciate our own strengths while recognizing and valuing the strengths of others. In this session, you’ll explore your personality type, gain insight into how it shapes your approach to work and relationships, and discover how diverse styles can come together to build stronger teams and more meaningful connections. This framework is based on insights from personality framework Myer-Briggs, a time tested data-driven approach to understanding personality.
By the end of this session, participants will have the opportunity to:
Identify their own personality type within the 16 Personalities framework.
Recognize how personality preferences influence communication, decision-making, and collaboration.
Appreciate the strengths and perspectives that different personality types bring to a team.
Apply insights from the framework to foster stronger working relationships and team success.
Session time: 1 - 2 hours depending on team size
