Texas State Technical College (TSTC) shall maintain an environment that promotes learning, academic freedom, and the creation and transmission of knowledge free from any requirements to exhibit or reflect a specific ideology or political view and without providing advantages or disadvantages to individuals based on race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin.

Public entities with fifty or more employees must designate an ADA Coordinator to address ADA concerns and inquiries.
