SalesForce Release X
On Monday the 27th of September 2021, the S2S team deployed ‘Release X’ on the SalesForce Platform. Below, you can find the changes in Connexys & SalesCloud that are planned in this release:
NEW:
SalesCloud enrichment: Extra fields will be added to several different objects (e.g Accounts & Contacts) to increase the client & contact intelligence in SalesCloud for demand creation.
Client information form: A form will be sent automatically to the client upon creation of a project placement to update important billing information in the Salesforce Platform.
Duplicate Check: Duplicate Check will be implemented, which allows you to merge duplicate records within the Salesforce Platform. This will help us to increase the general data quality within the different applications on the Salesforce Platform.
Record Validation: Alongside Duplicate Check, Record Validation will be implemented, which allows you to validate certain data within a record on the Salesforce Platform. The following data can be validated:
Email address (Checks if email address still exists)
Phone number (Adds country code to the phone number and changes number to standard format)
Address (Reformats address to a standard format, e.g. changes country ‘Belgique’ to ‘Belgium’)

CHANGES:
The “FTE” field on the object “Placements” will be set to mandatory
The “Source” field on the object “Job application” will be set to mandatory
When creating a new account you will not be able to use the D&B database feature anymore.

Hello TriFinance members, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.
I joined the TriFinance family on September 13th. And I am looking forward to have a wonderful and productive time among all of you.
Some words about myself:
Currently I’m 29 years old and I am based in Pelt, Limburg. I love playing computer games and doing all kinds of sport. In fact, three weeks ago I did a Spartacus run which I really enjoyed.
My previous experiences were at Nike ELC in Laakdal/Ham where I fulfilled the SupportDesk role. With this experience I would like to support the S2S team.

As you might have read in the news recently, an important piece of spyware has been discovered called Pegasus. This spyware used a number of weaknesses in the operating systems of smartphones in order to, among other things, gain access to data stored on the device.
In a reaction to this Apple has released an update (iOS 14.8) that will eliminate the access of this spyware to iPhones.
In order to keep your data and that of our organization safe we would like to strongly encourage you to update your iPhone as soon as possible. It is essential that you update your device as soon as possible in order to avoid any further risks.

Easily chat with meeting participants from a Google Calendar event
You can now chat with the meeting participants from a Google Calendar event. Within the Calendar event on web or mobile, you’ll see a Chat icon next to the guest list — simply select this icon to create a group chat containing all event participants. Please note: this only applies to participants within your organization, external attendees are not included in the chat group.This makes it simple to chat with guests before, during, or after any meeting.
