As we already announced in the TriFinancial Times of February, we have created extra pages to better visualize our training offer. It’s an important step as this will support us to create our own Learning Management System, which will be launched later this year.
What’s new
On the renewed TriTraining pages, you will be able to consult the most popular training courses (classroom sessions and e-learnings) and all the necessary details per training. Of course, we will continue to adapt and improve our offer at all times! On top of that we will keep on investing in customized training needs to encourage your personal growth.
Besides the catalogue, you will also find a training Calendar and an overview of the Lunch & Learn sessions and Knowledge Circles on the TriTraining page. You will be able to subscribe to upcoming activities but also consult the recordings or presentations of the previous sessions. So, don’t hesitate to take a look at the extended TriTraining pages!

In the course of March, the majority of you took the time to participate in our TriFinance Employee Satisfaction Survey. We are happy that more than 70% of you completed the survey! We would like to thank everybody for taking the time to give their opinion.
We are very happy to see that the first results show we have an engaged and satisfied population who are proud to work for TriFinance.
We are now in the process of analyzing all the information in order to identify the areas where we continue to keep doing what we do and to identify the areas where we need to improve. This outcome will be discussed with the Leadership Team and the BCBs and XSUs in order to agree on the next steps.
At a later stage, we will use the insights in building our broader engagement program.
