Our Reference Case database is growing each day!
Meanwhile, our new Reference Cases process has been running for more than 8 months - high time to share with you some interesting figures:
150 reference cases have been created
13 have been approved for external use
332 reference cases are expected for the coming weeks
We want to take the time to thank all of you for the effort you have put in generating reference cases. Keep up the good work so we can all benefit from the nice projects we do within TriFinance.
It’s clear that we are on the way to build a solid reference case database from which you will all benefit, commercially but also personally. Amongst others, a better understanding of the Portfolio of Services and what we do in our BCB’s, spotting opportunities yourself at clients, and of course, to get the Member Get Mission reward. W.r.t. personal development, you could think of personal branding, creating internal awareness, acknowledgment, helping in defining your ambitions, and finding missions that fit these. Reference cases are a valuable destination finder tool! We will of course continue to select reference cases to put in the spotlight internally and externally.
Did you know all reference cases are accessible in the Business Development Library?
Improve your Portfolio of Services knowledge during a Lunch & Lead
This fall, together with XSU Communication and the business we will launch the ‘Lunch & Lead’ concept: quarterly lead generation sessions. During each of these sessions a certain topic will be discussed (eg. RPA, profitability improvement, HD services, …) in order to improve the knowledge of our Portfolio of Services and to support you in identifying pains and spot opportunities at your client(s). This will be an interesting opportunity for the HUB to connect with their Basecamp colleagues and improve their business acumen, and it could also lead to Member gets Mission Rewards! The first session will be organised in Q4 and will consist of a deepdive in our Portfolio of Services.
For the competitive ones among you - stay tuned because there is another fun Member Gets Mission contest coming up.
Keen on working on an important internal analysis?
A key element in market analysis is conducting an in-depth competitor analysis. The aim of this analysis is to present an overview of TriFinance’s main competitors and to provide meaningful insights in TriFinance’s position in the market. Last year’s paper can be found here. Together with 7 project consultants we performed a thorough quantitative and qualitative analysis of our main competitors. Given the strategic importance we are planning to conduct the analysis again this fall. For this, we are looking for motivated project consultants to help us. Feel free to reach out to us if you are looking for a strategic internal project to work on.
Curious to know what we will be working on next?
The next edition of the Market Intelligence Newsflash will be sent out soon. This edition will cover interesting reads by T&S Gent, Public, CFO Services, MI&S, T&S Brussel and XSU Business Development. They cover pieces on:
Why more women in top finance jobs will benefit everyone?
Future proof social housing
Buy now, pay later financing model
Aliaxis
Strength in numbers - L’union fait la force
Profitability improvement, the TriFinance way.
Given the importance of knowledge sharing and POS awareness, we are working to update the portfolio of services page on the Me inc. platform. Think: deep dive into the portfolio of services, trends & challenges, recordings of awareness sessions, ... You will also benefit from this during the lunch & leads as mentioned above. Do not hesitate to let us know what additional information you would like to find on here.
Profitability improvement has always been high on the CFO’s agenda but given the Corona Crisis, it has moved even higher on our clients' priority list. Naturally, at TriFinance we want to focus even more on this Service Offering. Expect some interesting articles on this topic in the coming period.
Another big project within the XSU BD is Project Baby. Sandy will be on maternity leave as of September 27 to spend time with her little family of 4.
