Last month, we’ve launched the 3rd edition of the Market Intelligence Newsflash, in co-creation with XSU Communication. The newsflash contains content created by BaseCamp and Hub regarding recent news and developments at our clients and in the sectors we operate, with an explicit focus on our Portfolio of Services.
The next editions will include key reference cases and big (cross-BCB) wins, which could all help you in your furthering journey and spot opportunities at your clients yourself. There is a lot to gain with this Market Intelligence Newsflash, not only for TriFinance but also for you (remember our Member gets Mission reward!).
Since February 2021, our new process regarding Reference Cases is up and running! And this is going very well. So far, almost 90 reference cases have been created, and many more to come. For the coming weeks already another 180 reference cases expected (open furthering actions).
We are on the way to build a solid reference case database from which you will all benefit, commercially. Amongst others, a better understanding of the Portfolio of Services and
what we do in our BCB’s, spotting opportunities yourself at clients, and of course, to get the Member Get Mission reward. But also personally, thinking of personal branding, creating internal awareness, acknowledgment, helping in defining your ambitions, and finding missions that fit these. Reference cases are a valuable destination finder tool!
As for the upcoming month, we will also select 3-5 reference cases that we would like to put in the picture, both internally (eg. via the Market Intelligence Newsflash) as externally (eg. LinkedIn, website, …). Maybe this could be your reference case!
We have the pleasure to welcome Geneviève Van Den Hende as Business Development Expert within the XSU Business Development. Geneviève will join us on Monday, April 26th.
Geneviève holds a Master's Degree in Applied Economics at Universiteit Antwerpen. In 2013, she started her career within the Marketing department of BMW Group Belux, where she organized many events and partnerships and cooperated in improving the customer experience of the brand.
Furthering in Business Development
After 8 years, Geneviève expressed the will to explore new horizons and to further herself within the Business Development universe. She has really been triggered by our Hub Philosophy and Service Model and is eager to contribute to our Growth.As Business Development Expert, Geneviève will support the XSU Business Development in the following areas:
Support the XSU BD in the development and deployment of new processes, templates, policies, Business Insights, and tools related to the six business development roles;
Organize and facilitate Peer Group Programs within the Business Development Roles;
Organize and facilitate Business Development days and awareness sessions to promote our full Portfolio of Services;
Facilitate Large Account Management to boost co-creation within the group.
Taking into account the complementarity within the XSU BD team, Geneviève will also actively work on the following areas:
Further develop the customer experience process (client & candidate satisfaction) in close collaboration with XSU Care and XSU Communication;
Assist in the development and rollout of the BD onboarding program;
Assist in the development and rollout of the job landscape (in co-creation with Care);
System hygiene and enrichment;
Reporting and analytics.
