Meet & Greet with the Leadership Team

Just before summer we organised another Meet & Greet with consultants from several BCB’s together with the Leadership Team in Belgium and The Netherlands.

We had a nice and open dialogue about the current working and future of TriFinance.

Several topics were discussed such as :

Young Hub Bootcamp

In the past month we onboarded 31 Young Hub during our Young Hub Bootcamp week. For the first time we also had 2 joiners from Human Development en 1 from Tri-ICT!

We were glad we could organise this introduction week in two separate groups in the offices with an adjusted digital/live setting and at our team building location.

The Young Hub Training Program is a combination of hard work but of course also fun. During our team building activity, we combine the learning aspect with fun. Following some pictures of our time at the Heerlijckyt in Limburg:

We would like to wish all our Young Hub a lot of success with the kick off of their career at TriFinance.

Last but not least, we would like to say thank you to everyone who participated in the past Young Hub sessions and to everyone who will participate in our November session. Because of them we can keep guaranteeing our Young Hub a high quality training and keep furthering our people!
