As of March 24th, until May 5th, we launched the Leave Your Mark campaign for the Luxembourg market. The campaign regroups eight colleagues who share their stories about how they leave their mark during their job: https://trifinance.com/lu/careers/leave-your-mark
For our office, we decided to use 2 key profiles in our campaign: Ruben (Performance Manager) and Carlos (Finance Consultant). Theses 2 people represent the hot jobs currently open currently at our office. To increase the visibility of the campaign, we posted several messages linked to the campaign on LinkedIn. There is also an online targeted campaign on LinkedIn. This means that posts are shown to specific target groups, a much broader target group than the people who like / follow us on our corporate channels.
For all the members of team, the campaign Leave Your Mark is a way to share our journey at TF Luxembourg. Each person of the team explains the reason why he is personally driven by the philosophy of TriFinance and how TriFinance support all employees along the way. Up to now, we notified a great impact of our social media campaign on LinkedIn. It gives us the occasion to reach a broader audience by getting 122 unique views coming from people of various sectors :
With all these initiatives, our main goal was to inspire people to leave their mark and to grow by recruiting new colleagues. We are sincerely grateful for the support coming from our communication colleagues during this campaign. The campaign really helps us to establish ourselves in the market and to pick the curiosity of possible future Me inc.®'ers.
In this case, you can support us by joining and inviting your network to like our LinkedIn page. Do not hesitate to share and like our posts, more publicity is always welcome!
During the next weeks, we are going to welcome 2 new colleagues. Caroline Gentes and Camille Closset are joining our team. Welcome to our company!
The Paperjam magazine is one of the most read publications in Luxembourg. Paperjam is also famous for its business club which counts more than a thousand members (companies) including TriFinance Luxembourg. One of their flagship events is the CEO cocktail.
This winter edition was about public finance and tax reform in Luxembourg, all that in the context of COVID, of course. A lot was discussed, why is Luxembourg less impacted than other countries, how much the weight of its financial sector explains the resilience of its economy, how the government can speed up the recovery by maneuvering using tax reform etc…
CEO Cocktail from Samy's perspective
This was interesting, but I could have ended up thinking that we were still talking about COVID and this is not a happy thought. However, the most interesting aspect of the conference was the fact that physical presence started again. It was limited to 40 persons, and the logistic might have been tricky but it was done. So, I end up thinking that it is good to see people being able to gather again, and that we might see the end of the tunnel, and this is a happy feeling.
