Performance and Development Evaluation

One of the main feedbacks we received from you, Me inc.® ’ers is the increasing need for an open dialogue on personal growth and future career perspectives. We responded to this clear request by inviting all of you to an individual Performance & Development Evaluation (PDE) talk. Your PDE talk is a two-way street. Take a moment to reflect on your journey during the past year and share your feedback, opinions and ideas with your Leader.

The PDE template that has been sent out to your BCB/XSU Leader is a guiding document. Your input and that of your Leader/Care Manager is a solid basis on which you further boost your development and we can grow as an organization.

Talk to C

Talk to C is a community of young professionals where its members all share the same interest in development and taking the lead in their careers. The community connects them with leaders on C-level and other young professionals in order to learn from each other.

As we share the same philosophy on learning and development, we partnered up for one of their events. We got to represent TriFinance as an organisation where people are able to grow and develop their careers.

Lien Van Rechem (Public) and Jorn Hillaert (CFO Services) shared their personal experiences as consultants and elaborated on the role of mentor and the learning philosophy at TriFinance.

Marjan Schollaert and Inge Arys ( XSU Care) facilitated a career workshop with the Talk to C members. During an interactive one hour session, the members got a speed career coaching. Essential questions like ‘what are your energy givers and takers?’, ‘what are your talents and how can you put them to good use in your career?’ were discussed in sub groups.

We made use of a card game that is based on career modelling frameworks and is very practical to use. With feedback such as ‘Great, can we get some more time to do this again?!’ and ‘I would be very interested to do this workshop with my own team’, we feel confident we added value to the members.

18 November 2021, that day was D-Day for the launch of our new Me inc.® Learning Platform! This learning platform enables all of us to learn in an efficient, effective manner that is in line with current business reality.

The Me inc.® Learning Platform fits with the learning philosophy of TriFinance that emphasizes the importance of Me inc.®’ers being in the driver's seat of their own professional growth.

Staying connected with your Care Manager/Lead to discuss your growth and fine-tuning your LMI together remains one of the most crucial processes at TriFinance. In doing so you get to learn on the job, through mentors and coaches and via content provided via this platform.
