Learnings online marketing campaign Belgium
End of June we launched a big recruitment campaign: How do you Leave your Mark? We were present on several channels such as radio, print and online media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Search & Display and YouTube. Campaigns are not just about creating awareness, we also build further on the learnings as our aim is to attract new colleagues. Our main learnings:
The omnichannel approach is still the best way of working: by combining different channels, we see an important increase in our website visits and applications. Especially during the radio waves, the visits increase.
Since the start of the campaign, more than 50 new colleagues signed their contract and this number increases every week
Ratio applications paid campaign on online media channels: 61% NL, 39% FR

Website update
Earlier this year we started a project to improve our website experience. The website was not entirely built up from scratch: we re-used the existing design elements (fonts, shapes, color...) and much of the structure and the content (text, images, video). The general look & feel of the site feels familiar, but some necessary usability improvements were implemented.
Dynamic content: Insight articles and vacancies are dynamic content elements. In the new website these elements are integrated automatically all over the website on the relevant pages.
Structure insights: To optimize the user experience we limited the types of insights. All insights are structured in the following way: article, blog, event/video, press release, reference case.
Navigation: We optimized the navigation on different levels: main menu access is optimized, in-page navigation is added and breadcrumbs are now included to better understand where you are within the website. All these elements help to increase the user experience.
Design: new photography: Thanks to recent campaigns we have organized more photoshoots of our own colleagues. These images are now added to the new website and improve the overall experience when navigating through our website.
TFLUX - integration Connexys: Also TriFinance Luxembourg now has a full integration with Connexys, linking their vacancies directly to the website.
TFBE - integration training websites: We integrated the three external training websites within our portfolio of services: controller training, IFRS training and credit management training.
TFBE - Dutch & French version: We developed a Dutch and French version of the website, which will support us to reach our target groups in a better way. The Go Live of these versions is planned for next month and guidelines for publication of insights and vacancies will be shared soon.

Video is a very powerful medium to support your message. The coming months we will further embed video in our way of working. We keep you posted! The fifth edition of our TriMagazine is on its way! We’ll send it to your house before the end of the year. The new edition has different sections: growing team, continuous learning and development, digitalization, reference case. We also focus on the opening of the new offices in Amsterdam, Frankfurt am Main and Roeselare, and go to our office in Luxembourg. Interviews with members of the Leadership Team and how we cope as a group of colleagues in covid times complete the picture. Keep an eye on your mailbox!
Starting in December Dominik Schiller will support XSU Communication in Germany as an Online Marketing Specialist. In his former positions Dominik worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist for MailStore Software and as a Marketing Assistant for Kirchhoff Mobility. As a dedicated Specialist for Online Marketing he focused on Search Engine Marketing, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics and Social Media Campaigns.
