Wellbeing is an important focus point within TriFinance. Especially the last few months, this topic is only more important to keep up the motivation. Therefore, we are organizing remote training sessions dedicated to this topic, starting from July 2021.
There are four training subjects, all linked to wellbeing but with a specific focus.
The pitfalls of stress: how to communicate my boundaries and when do I say 'no'?
How do I cope with work-related stress?
RET: Learn how to de-stress by thinking differently.
Strengthen your resilience.
These all include prep work, a group session, and follow-up exercises. Detailed information on the content can be found here.
Each training will be organized in Dutch and French (not blended) and has a duration of 3 to 3.5hrs.
For whom is this intended?
It is the goal to open up these trainings to all TriFinance employees. We however want to ensure that people who would really benefit from one of these trainings, will get the support they need. So, if you are interested, please let us know and we will enroll you in your preferred training. You can send an email to mydevelopment@trifinance.be with your name and BCB, followed by your preferred session (name training, date and language).
Also make sure you check this first with your client (and your BCB) so they know you are following a training at that specific moment. The sooner you can confirm the date, the better.
After your email, we will invite you to the training session in our Training Calendar, from that moment your training will be confirmed.
