Care Germany has further developed the current mentoring program. In the new program, senior sparring partners who themselves bring a high level of financial expertise and experience will now take on the role of a mentor. In this role, our consultants, mentees, are supported in their personal and professional development.

In the mentoring workshop, all new mentors were trained on the new concept and prepared for their role using best practices.
