Audit Tool/Tracker

From the Data, Determine your Strengths and Needs;

a) In your staff knowledge

b) Your communication environment

c) Identifying your young peoples' SLCN needs

d) Your staff's or settings' targets for resilience

Fill in the Audit Tool/Tracker and identify your strengths and what you would like to target (make the targets achievable within your setting).

Use the Toolkit to help you achieve your targets.

Evaluate

This is a continuous cycle of improving the SLCN and resilience of young people as well as changing their environments to support this. It can be done as an individual, key stage or whole school - whatever works best for your setting.
