Object Study

Objective:

Create a drawing of one repeated object that fills the space of the page and focuses on shading and accurate drawing.

Big Idea:

Students will create space a drawing that focuses on the use of design elements: shade and composition

How does an artist render an object so it looks realistic?

How does an artist show light on an object?

How does an artist create space?

How does an artist create a composition that leads the viewer's eye around their art piece?
