Mannequin Study

Objective:

Create a drawing from life using the mannequins as a reference.

Big Idea:

All portfolios require still life drawings. By using the mannequins, students will have a visual reference by arranging them in a variety of different positions.

Essential Questions:

How does an artist render the human form?

What are the proper proportions in the human body?

How do figure drawings add to a portfolio?
