There are four levels of full year, general art. Art 3 and Art 4 are the third and fourth levels, and are taught within one class. Therefore, this class is a high level, high interest course. Due to the fact that this is a full year course and because students have a sufficient amount of art experience, students are able to dive into more involved projects. Students will experiment with pencil, charcoal, pastel, colored pencils, cut paper, acrylic paints, watercolors, and clay. This class will also focus on art history, personal aesthetic, and portfolio development. Students can move on to Art 4 or AP Art after this course.
