MR. SA (MR. Superbug Assassin)
Project Description:
To tackle the underlying superbugs issue, our project designed an antimicrobial dressing using a combination of AMPs & TAT, as proof of concept to the medical industry providing a new treatment option for patients who suffer from bacterial infection.

Our project targets two Sustainable Development Goals: Goal #3: Good Health and Well Being, and Goal #4: Quality Education. More specifically, the goals we would like to emphasize are sub-goals 3.5 and 4.5.
Task 1 (3.5 + 4.5):Our parent-child picture book –抗菌大作戰 The War on Germs– aims to provide preschool kids scientific, free, and easy-to-access materials to read. Hoping to promote our idea beyond Taiwan, we collaborated with other iGEM teams translating the book into 20+ languages to overcome language barriers.
