Riding my dirtbike has been one of only two things that have kept me sane during lockdown along with building rc airplanes. I tried the timer trick on my phone to take this photo doing a jump on my race bike. Again with the last auto-phone shot I took, it came out better than expected.

Because of COVID-19, the motocross racing season has been postponed. I would normally be racing at tracks all over the state right now but the track owners have been told to remain closed. This has left a huge hole in my plans for summer, but it has given me a lot of time to ride at home, though it's not what I prefer to do, it's still very fun. The blur in the photo makes it seem like I'm moving faster than the camera can refresh. I wanted that effect because I couldn't capture it in my last dirtbike photo. Overall, I'm happy with how this photo turned out. If i had to change it I would make it a bit darker because it's still pretty bright from the sun in the green of the trees.
