About Me

My name is Will Belmore. I was born in Gardner, Massachusetts. I am the oldest sibling, having one younger brother. Everyone at home speaks English except for the cats. My career goal is to be a motocross racer. Specifically professional. In five years, I see myself working normal jobs and trying to improve my riding abilities for racing. Obviously, no one goes to college for professional motorsports, but my father raced professionally and he has taught me many skills that his father taught him and it's these skills that will help me achieve my goals. In my freetime, I like to tinker with electronics and work on cars and motorcycles. I enrolled in Photography 2 to stretch the limits of what I learned in Photography 1. Recently, I have grown fond of the work of Vladimir Rys, a Russian photographer for RedBull Media House. He photographs every motorsport you could think of and that is the kind of photography that I like to focus on. If I were to pick my ideal job, I would be a motorcycle mechanic but in my spare time, I would race motocross. Three words that people would use to describe me would be confident, relaxed, and outgoing.

Andretti's Ferrari Challenge Win

I am drawn to this photo because I have done motorsports photography before and I have done edits that show the grainy quality of photos on photo paper.

El Cap

I am drawn to this photo because I edit a lot of my photos to look black and white and I like the effect that it gives to the photo no matter what's in the photo.

Bull Pen

I like this photo because it appears to be taken by a drone and I do a lot of drone photo and videography. I find that most of my photos taken on a drone are looking straight down at the ground.

Beams Through Glass

I like this photo because I had trouble trying to figure out what this was a photo of and once I did figure out what it was, I asked myself "How do I do that?" and I ask myself that a lot with abstract photos like this.

The Tower

I am drawn to this photo because this is what I like to do in arial photography. I am paid by some companies to take photos of house lots and landscapes for construction. Plus, it gives me an entirely different view of photography and it stretches the limits of the content of some of my photos.

I am drawn to this photo because some of my photos that I have taken have been on the spot and somehow looked amazing after some editing. This really speaks to me because some of the best photos are of moments that last only a few seconds.
