An idea that is visually evident in the first is a layered tunel and in the second it shows a block figure moving very fast. The way the two pieces of art relate to my life is how I Like to live my life on the colorful side and feel that black and white times are inevitable but adding some pizazz with some color really makes things more fun and child like.

I started with using a pencil than once finished with the pencil outlines I used a ballpoint pen and sharpie to finalise the lines and once done with that I took a tin of Prismacolor pencil crayons and colored in the same sequence on both pieces.

I was playing around with line and space when I came up with my designs but they looked much better without color but once I blew them up onto the big pieces of paper I knew that it was missing something so using color I created movement and value in both of the pictures. My project started as a small black and white sketch that I created in 5 minutes tops then blew them up onto the big paper finalised the lines and finally colored them in. My next step would most likely be to add a background to the running man
