Surrealism 

My inspiration for creating this project were bright, solid, and vibrant colors.  

The materials I used to create this project was construction paper, paint, and canvas paper.

To make this artwork, I planned my design by creating a collage out of construction paper, then cutting shapes like circles, triangles, and rectangles and arranging them to my preference. I then used tape to create a border on the canvas paper and began painting the collage on it. To ensure you couldn't see through the paint, I had to apply layers upon layers, and the painting eventually resembled the collage.
