The idea behind these projects was to draw a converse as my shoe for the contour drawing. I knew I wanted to draw a converse shoe because I love converse and I always wore them!
The materials I used to complete these projects included a piece of paper and both B(light) and H(dark) graphite pencils.
To create this project, I grabbed a piece of paper for each view of my shoe. These views included a frontal view, aerial view, and profile view of a shoe. Next, I used B pencils to sketch out my design while I used H pencils to darken the lines. Keep in mind, I only drew what I observed. Nothing more such as made-up lines or patterns.
