Space

I collected leaves from outside, tapes them down to a separate piece of paper. Then drew the outsides of the leaves, to make them all look connected. Then colored in the negative space with a striped pattern. In the first piece of art, the first square starts as the lightest. Then it gradually gets darker the further down it goes. This project relates to my life because I made it in art class. I used a black ballpoint pen to make this. First I started off with one line then as I went on I started to add more and more lines to make the squares darker. My next step could be to add to the squares. Or to make them blend together more.
