Starting the work!

On the first day, we started to learn about permaculture.

Our trainer, Lukas, showed us the project area around the house. He explained how the “reed bed wastewater treatment system” works. Then he told us what separate steps we need to work on to finish the project completely.

Lukas also showed us trees he planted years ago. He was telling us about the techniques he’s experimenting with to make a more proficient growth while keeping ecological standards.

We discussed bio composting and he taught us some tips and tricks to make trees and plants more productive and resistant.

We learned some of the basic things. We were ready to put them in action!
