A hidden gem within the MS Office Suite. OneNote allows users to collect, organize and share information in a non-traditional document format. Clip a screenshot, send a web page or an entire document to a notebook section with the improved Send to OneNote tool. Embed an Excel spreadsheet or a Visio diagram and update the data or drawing from OneNote. Microsoft PowerPoint is a software program developed to produce effective presentations. It is a part of Microsoft Office suite. Users can create anything from basic slide shows to complex presentations. PowerPoint is often used to create business presentations, but can also be used for educational or informal purposes.
