Send A PDF to Multiple Recipients

 Foxit PDF Editor Pro is a comprehensive PDF solution that allows users to convert multiple file formats to PDF and vice versa. 

With a licensed account, you can perform an eSign workflow within Foxit PDF Editor directly, which allows you to edit your documents and collect signatures with complete ease.

How to Access Foxit PDF Editor Pro:

Foxit PhantomPDF is available to employees that are required to edit/create PDF files as part of their job responsibilities.

Send a PDF to Multiple Recipients for Signature - Using Foxit PDF Editor

With Foxit eSign in Foxit PDF Editor, you can also quickly initiate an eSign process to collect signatures from multiple people.

*You must have a Foxit PDF Editor account to use eSign.  Contact the OIT Service Desk if you do not have an account. 

Create an eSign workflow using Foxit PDF Editor

Open the document you want to send for eSignatures.

2.  Drag and drop the Signer Name and Signature fields to the desired location in the document for each recipient, and also add any other fields you wish them to complete. Assign properties to the fields as desired (i.e. adding the signer’s name to the Default Value so it appears automatically).

4. Click on Send.  Click the Editor View button to edit the email subject and message you would like to include.  Once the email is complete,  click send to send pdf to the recipients. 

How do I e-sign a pdf file?

From a document containing a signature field, click on Fill & Sign tab.

Note: You can change the font of your signature by clicking on Change Style

Your signature is now available from the Fill and Sign tab, you can add to any pdf document by clicking your signature and clicking within the pdf file that needs your signature.

Foxit eSign Settings

Foxit eSign settings are available when you log in to your Foxit account in a browser. Visit https://foxitesign.foxit.com to customize your profile or set a delegate signer when you will be out of the office.

To designate an alternate signer for a period of time:

1.  Sign in to your Foxit account

 

2.  Click your initials in the upper right-hand corner and select My Profile

3.  Scroll down to the Vacation Rule section
