Turnitin is a web-based similarity checking service and digital grading system for faculty.
There are three ways to access Turnitin:
Integrated into Brightspace (the most common)
Turnitin Draft Coach in Google Docs
Outside of Brightspace directly via Turnitin website

If you are not a user of Brightspace, but would still like to use Turnitin in your courses, you may do so directly at the Turnitin website. Find out more: Turnitin Outside of Brightspace.
Turnitin Draft Coach is integrated into your Fisher Google Docs and allows you and your students to review documents before submitting them
Your instructor will provide directions as to how they expect you to submit via Turnitin. They may insert a link in Brightspace or they may create an assignment directly in Turnitin.
Prior to submitting an assignment, you can use Turnitin Draft Coach in Google Docs to check your paper for similarities, grammar issues, and citation errors.
