Congratulations to our Colorado participants. Our 12&unders finished 3rd collecting some nice medals for the flight home, and our 14&Unders finished 8th. In our final game 12&Under game, Owen Osga scored the game winning goal in overtime to help us defeat Rocky Mountain Neptunes again this year! All in all, this was a great experience for all. Thank you also to our parents who were cheering us on along the way. Finn's mom posted several pictures from this past weekend, you can view them HERE. If anyone else has pictures, please feel free to share them with Coach Kyle.

Congratulations as well to George Bourgikos for finishing in the top 8 at Fenwick's Junior High Science Contest. Coach Elizabeth, a chemistry teacher here at Fenwick, was excited to see Windy City represented this past week.

We will be doing our Christmas Tree decorating at the Brookfield Zoo on Sunday, November 23 from 10am to 1pm. I have 20 free zoo admission passes and 5 free parking passes, so if you are planning on attending, helping us decorate our tree, and hanging out at the zoo, please let me know. I can hand out passes at this Sunday's scrimmage (4:30-6pm) to parents (sorry, but the kids will likely just lose them if I give them passes) or I can mail them early next week (if you registered via our website in the fall). Community Trees are located along the walkways within the zoo. Our Windy City tree is number 292, located on the North Mall, near the Carousel. We have plenty of decorations made by the kids and coaches to put up on the tree, so we're happy to have all the help we can get. Once you have put up your ornaments, you're free to go explore the zoo with family and teammates.

Winter Sunday Scrimmages will begin this Sunday, November 16 at Fenwick 4:30-6pm. The cost this year will be $5; you will still pay each time. New players are always welcome, but there is little instruction provided during the winter as we really just divide up and have fun playing the great game of water polo.

Our Spring Clinic will begin in late February and run through late April. Last year, we were able to compete with NLAA in two friendly scrimmages (Home and away) during the spring.

Our Summer registration meeting is on Sunday, April 26 5-5:45pm for 14&Under, 12&Under, and 10&Under athletes and 6-6:45pm for High School athletes. Our summer season will begin in late May and run through the end of July.

Thanks for a great fall season & looking forward to seeing everyone around the pool sometime soon.
