So you've got your master piece and you want to
stamp your name to it, yes I took that photograph.
The steps below will allow you to do just that.
1. Open photoshop
2. Select file - New Blank file
3. Title <signature>
Width - 1280 pixels
Height - 800 pixels
Resoulution - 72 pixels/inch
Colour - RGB
Background - White
4. Select the text tool
Arial - Regular
72 - pt
5. Click into the middle of the blank document
Type <your name> i.e. John Smith
Type <Description> i.e. Photography
6. In the Layers window click on the background
layer then select delete to remove the white
background layer.
7. Select file - save as - <filename> .png and save
to a folder on your PC.
8. Open your photograph file in photoshop.
9. Open your signature if not already open.
10. Select the move tool + from the side bar then
Select your signature image and click select all
then select edit and copy.
11. Select your photograph the select edit and paste
to copy over your signature to the photograph.
12. Resize and position your signature where it best
suits your photograph.
13. Once done then select layers and merge visible
to blend the two layers together.
14. Select save as <filename>.jpeg to a directory
on your PC.
15. Your done, close your files.
