Salsa is a staple at our house and this red salsa sauce is simple and easy to create allowing it to be a very consistant recipe
Here's what I use:
28 oz can Diced Tomatoes
10 oz can Ro*tel Original
1 Jalapeno diced (seeds left in as preference)
1 Small Onion diced
1/4 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon minced Garlic
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
Here's what I do:
Add ingredients to a food processor. Process until everything is well blended and no large chunks remail.
