I found this recipe when I was wanting something cabbage and it ended up being a huge success and favorite.Here's what I use:
Heat oil in large pot over medium high heat. Add chicken, saute until chicken is no longer pink. Add onions and water chestnuts, saute until onions are translucent.Add garlic for 1 minute. Add cabbage, saute until cabbage is soft, about 5 minutes.Add some chicken broth to help deglaze the pan. Add chicken broth and reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook about 7 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Increase heat to medium high and saute 2 minutes or until liquid evaporates.
Serve with white rice and/or glass noodles and top with sesame seeds and soy sauce to taste.
