Ribs (spareribs or beef ribs) are easy but slow cooking delight. plan on about 2 hours of slow cooking time. This easy method doesn't require any pre cooking but end with great eats.
Here's what I use:
1\2 rack per person spareribs (Also works great with Beef Ribs)
Lawry's seasoned salt (or your favorite spice rub mix)
Favorite BBQ sauce
Here's what I do:
Rub seasoning over meat thoroughly, place in baking pan. Set oven for 350 degrees. Cook for 1 and 1/2 hours. I prefer to leave them uncovered. during the next 1/2 hour apply your favorite BBQ sauce on both sides, turning every 10-15 minutes and applying more.
