Roger Broudic came on the 5th of March. He is 48 years old and he has been working in Syleps since the beginning of the company as a technician for 12 years, an engineer for 16 years and he is today a project manager.

Before that, he studied industrial electronic in Lannion and Brest. He is currently the project manager of the grading equipment department of Syleps. He manages 10 people (6 that work on software and 4 that work on hardware). His work is to make offers to customers, to keep in touch and foster good relationship with them, to manage his team and to travel to visit his clients all over Europe and China.

Syleps unites products and services offered by Sydel - Sedep – Synapse. Sydel is based in Lorient, Sedep in Ploemeur and Synapse in Bordeaux. They have 4 sales office in Italy, Luxemburg, Spain and China. Syleps counts 200 employees.

Sydel has been working on processing information tech since 1975 and their capital amounts to 2.000.000€. Sedep has been specialized in handling storage since 1988 and their capital is 1.500.000€. As for Synapse, they have been dealing with Indutrial Robotics (IT) since 2006 and their capital is 67.000€. 8 % of the capital goes into development research.

Their target market is for example intralogiste managment (like on the storage plot for Decathlon). They do that by installing their robots and programation to predict what Decathlon will need to send to other Decat' all over the country.

Roger Broudic now aims at trying to develop his market in China.
