05/13/2015 - Pall Corporation to be acquired by Danaher Corporation

Pall Corporation announced 5/13/2015 that it agreed to be acquired by Washington DC based Danaher Corporation for a reported $13.8B. One report states "Pall’s operations will be folded into one of the two new successor companies to Danaher".

SRSW is awaiting any word on how this may affect the ongoing Pall/Gelman 1,4-dioxane contamination site and cleanup.
