Brent Anderson as District Training Committee Chair: Still have adult leaders who have not completed their leader specific training. District committee is willing to come to your unit and do it in person (if people do not want to do it online). Just contact the district training committee. Could also meet at the OEC to coordinate across multiple units.
A few people need to review their YPT. That can be requested as live training as well.
No current plans for Outdoor Preparedness, but the Council Committee is looking into spring plans.
Saturday is Scouting for Food.
Shooting Sports Committee is running a Pumpkin Shoot fundraiser. Registration closes tonight at 9 pm. Have 150 pumpkins that were donated.
Wood Badge registration for spring is open.
State Employees charitable giving is coming up--Cornhusker Council is on the list.
COVID Procedure: If Lancaster County goes to Red, in-person meetings are prohibited because of the county guidelines. Many units already doing a mix of Zoom-based meetings.
Regardless, keep a good relationship with your charter organization and appreciate their long-term support.

And remember, you can always give awards within your unit. Veteran pins can also be awarded. Recognize the people that make your Pack and Troop. Recognize them in front of your units.
