Nehemiah 1
King James Version
1 The words of Nehemiah the son of Hachaliah. And it came to pass in the month Chisleu, in the twentieth year, as I was in Shushan the palace,
2 That Hanani, one of my brethren, came, he and certain men of Judah; and I asked them concerning the Jews that had escaped, which were left of the captivity, and concerning Jerusalem.
3 And they said unto me, The remnant that are left of the captivity there in the province are in great affliction and reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also is broken down, and the gates thereof are burned with fire.
4 And it came to pass, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned certain days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of heaven,
5 And said, I beseech thee, O Lord God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments:
6 Let thine ear now be attentive, and thine eyes open, that thou mayest hear the prayer of thy servant, which I pray before thee now, day and night, for the children of Israel thy servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel, which we have sinned against thee: both I and my father's house have sinned.
7 We have dealt very corruptly against thee, and have not kept the commandments, nor the statutes, nor the judgments, which thou commandedst thy servant Moses.
8 Remember, I beseech thee, the word that thou commandedst thy servant Moses, saying, If ye transgress, I will scatter you abroad among the nations:
9 But if ye turn unto me, and keep my commandments, and do them; though there were of you cast out unto the uttermost part of the heaven, yet will I gather them from thence, and will bring them unto the place that I have chosen to set my name there.
10 Now these are thy servants and thy people, whom thou hast redeemed by thy great power, and by thy strong hand.
11 O Lord, I beseech thee, let now thine ear be attentive to the prayer of thy servant, and to the prayer of thy servants, who desire to fear thy name: and prosper, I pray thee, thy servant this day, and grant him mercy in the sight of this man. For I was the king's cupbearer.

Simon Quincey Hobbs 14 October 2020 - Hearsay (Inadmissible) Evidence
Points:
1. No Hearsay Notice from Tom Holden, employee Freeths
2. Records of some of the omissions on 21 July 2020 and 22 September 2020 but omits 13 October 2020 evidence
3. Made public by 27 October 2020 by Triad Group Plc and those interested, given Jacob Dean's best endeavours November 2018 to October 2020, to create discord, ruin lives and relationships of nearly four decades, obstruct enforcement due from 2007 and records reconstruction from the July 2006 fire at A&O's shredding centre, Iron Mountain, for which QBD had started enforcement in April 2011, and Masters had given orders for files to come from various courts in 2012, now lost, shredded, returned.
4. Dean lied to Julian Knowles on 12 February 2019 by saying A&O are "not involved now" when they are the lawyers to those who have not survived these events, TRD members and creditors as well as MM, TRD, other related entities as Headway, all of which are paralysed.
5. Dean has not as yet removed the posting on BAILII which he and Olivia Smith clerk 5RB made up and caused John Lloyd, temporary clerk to Julian Knowles to get a neutral citation number from the computer and post on the BAILII site; nor that of a year later, referencing two applications that were not issued on the dates he made up and which could not be heard for absence of jurisdiction. He has not explained the random involvement of Reuben Comiskey (Feb 2015 to 2020); with Dawn Mccambley (September 2014); Lee Wright, Ratcliffe Chambers; Daniel Moshe Schaffer (September 2014 to 2020); or the chain of events commencing when Cheryl Jones recorded "permission to issue" (9.8.13) to a nobody/nothing.
4. Dean claims to be working for Freeths, but with no direct access agreement in sight and without witness proofing Jonathan Hambleton or requiring testimony from him (QBD HQ06XO1803, Herbert Smith LLP v MM £21m D&CC accepted before Master Leslie QBD 21 April 2011.)
5. The "claim form" such as it is, lapsed for want of substance. The unidentified "claimants" have been stated by court officers not to have entered default judgment. Accordingly there are no public documents. Judiciary are debarred from counter functions including access to the court file. The court has no jurisdiction and no means of acquiring any.
6. CPR 16 (5) (5) is nevertheless engaged. Points not challenged and in the public domain at the time of listings are treated as having been heard without challenge. This includes on 21 July 2020; 22 September 2020; 13 October 2020; as well as June 2020; 14 July 2020. 21 July 2020 required consent to be vacated. None was sought or given. There was no mechanism to create an "adjournment" to prolong the terror campaign of prison from when it started on ADVFN (BRENDAINVESTA), February 2018 to date. This was started in 2008 by Ben Wood, from the time he appeared before the current Senior Master continuing unabated since.
Andrew Smith J , November 2012: " let me make this very clear, you are not going to prison"
"the point about a provocative statement is not to be provoked"
7. Permission 18.2.10 has not as yet been heard. These events have been in the C of A since August 2008. First instance has no jurisdiction beyond favourable enforcement delayed from 2007 due to obstruction and the retirement of Master Ungley in 2008, without replacement (HQ06XO1803), leading to stand offs between Senior Master Whittaker and Mrs Ann Lee as to who was responsible. Paralysis from 2012.
8) Master Leslie gave directions or empowerment by Haddon-Cave LJ on 10 August 2012, for injunctions from harassment.
The judge requested fresh claim forms to establish jurisdiction. These were stymied by counter referral to Masters, but receipted by the Chancellor of the High Court presiding in the C of A and heard in November 2012 before Andrew Smith J.
9) There has been a PRIVATE designation on hearing these events from 4 January 2013 together with HMCTS Security in attendance after being called into the SCCO on 18.7.12 by Senior Master Peter Hurst and referral to MoJ DACU for unlawful cross border trafficking of stolen forged and used personal data.
10) On 28 March 2013 QBD case management called in police to block the Claim Form HQ12XO3512 being available on inspection (public from 27.2.13). £200m due has not been enforced.
The Baker Tilly group, formally bust, sought to churn as RSM Tenon, now RSM. MM objected and made a subject to contract offer to buy RSM Tenon: enforcement is blocked. Baker Tilly Corporate Finance is rebranded RSM Corporate Finance, despite being bust, surfacing as reporting accountant on the "AIM" float of FRP in which Triad Group Plc and Liontrust are interested.
Push Saini heard Jacob Dean on a distorted version of these transactions on 13.2.20. There is no trodden repair path for what Dean has done. Dean has filed his own made up evidence that MM's shares are capable of sale at £1m, omitting to say Simmons & Simmons had already filed City witness testimony in QBD in 2009, giving them a negligible value, and incapable of sale due to overhang and panic effect etc. He appeared to be wanting to build up made up bills so he could take the shares to pay these. The holding was acquired at a £16m valuation and £430k plus stamp duty purchased in 2002.
11) There is a court order from April 2015 banning MM from the premises of the RCJ and Rolls Building created to block the claim form v Royal Bank of Canada being issued (request heard and receipted December 2014). Counsel has filed these two in the Admin Court for a mandatory injunction on the High Court to issue and serve and to quosh respectively on grounds of forgery. Neither MM nor her lawyers can attend until this is done. Anyone contravening this order is liable to a finding of contempt. Joseph Bonaparte in Listing has it from 2016 and knows full well he could not list hearing involving MM/her team.
12) The Admin Court called Security and Met police as a result of this forgery blocking their operations. (April 2015) It was the subject of Met Police investigations, attendance at Paddington Green and two Met police crime files. These events from 2016 involving Dean are just added to these. The witness is Michael Godby former senior tax partner C&L, former Master Tax advisers guild as well as Newey LJ (from 2005); Andrews Mrs LJ; Andrew Smith J; late Richard Carter head of Policy BIS and Director Insolvency Service, where the government crime teams reside.
