Triad Group Plc - 24 September 2020 16:02
SQH10 Freeths LLP ("our Simon Hobbs")
SQH10 signed Friday 9 October 2020 17.03
i.e. court day Monday 12 October 2020
i.e. too late for 13 October 2020
i.e. deploying technique of "kicking the inevitable truth into the long grass"
but beyond its sell-by date on these events from 10 August 2016
"shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted"
(ref to 2016 proxy poll voting cards, results 11.8.16 RNS omitted)
TRD RNS 3 March 2019 claims TRD entered unilateral default judgment.
This is contrary to court records.
Court officials confirm default judgment is not entered on the QBD computer file
and accordingly there are no public documents.
The old computer was down January 2019 and into February 2019.
The new QBD computer was stated to be web based with no paper back-up.
The new computer was not operational when enquiries were being made in the run-up to 12 February 2019.
This was after Jonathan Hambleton's refusal to engage (Freeths),
from January 2005 until August 2017 inclusive.
He had stated at the earlier date that "Triad Group Plc" was /is not his customer.
He resorting to putting down the phone from the earlier date, January 2005
to the later one, August 2017, run up to 2017 "AGM".
After this event at BDO's offices at Baker Street, the 2016 proxy poll voting cards were destroyed by Chris Attwood, Equiniti Client Services.
The entry of default judgment makes the file available on inspection.
The claimant must be the one requesting the entry of unilateral default judgment because the claimant suffers when their claim form is made public.
TRD's name has been used to facilitate anonymity for AMF who appears as
"Triad Group Plc & Ors" simultaneously in the Companies Court (6530-2005)
A defendant not acknowledging or otherwise replying to a claim form has
the effect that there are no public records available
when the true position is that there are no public records and the short form agreement, with MM's consent was used in QBD on a one off basis (June 2009) against a QBD commitment that its "confidential" status would be permanently restored in the judicial system thereafter.
