"It has come to my attention that there are various degrees of confusion and uncertainty in public surrounding substantial shareholdings in Triad. I refer shareholders and any other interested parties to a recent claim lodged in the High Court (High Court of Justice, Queen's Bench Division, Media and Communications List, Claim Number QB-2018-000581: Triad Group Plc, Nicholas Burrows, Alistair Fulton v Mira Makar) which I believe will assist in clarifying the situation. Nov 2006 MM agreed to take website down (short form)
the FSA had promoted use of a website once the TRD RNS had been hijacked by a concert party, www.makar.co.uk. ("You remain liable under FSMA 2000 and Companies Act.")
Unbeknown to MM meeting 17.3.06 had taken place
the press releases had been downloaded, retained for use including in the judicial system,
This was in contravention of the contractual commitment to confidentiality of the November 2006 agreement: not retrieved from BT by AMF, NEB, JCR
MM gave consideration for confidentiality by taking the website down.
Press release in evidence records the Companies Court action to secure access (6530-2005) so TRD could revert to being run in accordance with its Articles.
QBD and C of A are therefore informed that sole jurisdiction is in Chancery Division Companies Court 6530-2005 and evidence brought in 2006 to date has been heard and is RES JUDICATA in QBD and Court of Appeal.
There are no public documents under file 2018 QB 000581 (no reply to claim form, no entry of unilateral default judgment, the only relief to which a claimant is entitled, which triggers records being available on inspection, including transcripts.
TRD remains embarrassed until the templates which Our Simon Hobbs, Tom Holden, Jacob Dean, Jonathan Hambleton together with UBIQUS (which deleted the audio for 12 Feb 19) have created, are fully withdrawn to be replaced by a correcting RNS, confirming MM as holder of 4,507,951 per 2016 accounts and proxy poll voting card for 10 August 2016, shredded before RNS on 11.8.16 or since with the results of proxy poll voting.
Our Simon Hobbs has yet to provide transcribed audio 22.9.20 3.40pm to 4.40pm, obtained without Part E being signed off from QBD transcription.
This was stated to be secret (called private) by court staff overseeing the release without Part E being completed. The warnings state the person handling the received information is responsible. In this case it includes whoever told him to do it and funded him. AMF and NEB must explain.
Reputation damage will stick to TRD, since the output of this secret hearing was a warrant to arrest MM, who had no involvement since the court has not shown any existence of any request for a Witness Summons or evidence that one had been issued by the court, or served by the court.
Had such been the case, it would have had to come from the Companies Court, as Dean told Saini J on 13 Feb 2020.
As at 4 January 2021 neither JVMcDonald nor anyone else has recovered the arrest warrant or even provided a map of its path.
Members were not notified in the notice of meeting (24.9.20) that those sending in proxy poll voting cards would have their votes excluded; there would be a warrant out for their arrest if they ensured Equiniti had scanned their poll votes before destroying the card; they would have tokens planted on Land Reg; gov website; advertised as "bankrupt", unfit to be Chartered Accountant, unable to be director or trustee or hold public office; have money in their bank accounts frozen ie stolen; have phones cut off at the exchange; have City security beaten by thugs; have unlimited damages caused to TNA.

There is currently no initiative to have the offensive TRD threads on ADVFN removed in their entirety nor any sign of dignity and self respect on the part of those allowing their names to be used in the latest publication of embargo'ed materials released to Bloomberg and others by Sarah Moore, clerk.

There is no initiative to obtain comms from Dean to Julian Knowles 12.2.19 onwards on the agreement they reached to attach a penal notice to a nothing, having heard from Reuben Comiskey, hired by DMH Stallard, surrogate for Dawn McCambley, and his replacement 14.7.20 and 11.8.20 in TRD's name.
