advised also by David Wootton,A&O, on the dias as shadow director, chipping in whenever he felt like it, committed to poll voting in regard shareholders' resolutions.
Witnesses include Peter Watson, Head of A&O litigation, others who had also attended without the knowledge of the company or permission of members and Margaret Nowlan, from registrars Lloyds TSB Registrars.
Lloyds TSB Registrars habitually provided a RECEIPT for proxy voting cards sent in.
The results of the voting was announced BEFORE the close of the meeting.
Distribution of cards to proxies and physical voting was observed by members.
Counting the votes on the cards was visible to members.
There was no SIRIUS computer, excel spreadsheets or other potential contamination.
Voting cards were PRESERVED by the registrar as being assets in the estate of members (safe custody) and now bar coded and retrievable.

Exhibited:Thursday 3 February 2005 (night), state of awareness which overcame John Rigg, causing him to have coffee with Alistair McIntyre Fulton in Cheapside, after which the pair
had more coffee in Cannon St station with four thugs from A&O, taking employee
Ian Haynes with them as cover, raiding MM's Cannon St office twice, gatecrashing
Evolution Securities, surrounding MM from behind, forcing her out, leaving Fulton to steal
her briefcase and papers, still to be returned 15 years later.

In 2006, A&O witnessed-proofed JR and provided statement to court and Burges Salmon (ALLIANZ) that "state of awareness"came to him from Alison Lander on 3.2.05at night.
Lander's handwritten notes eavesdropping on calls made to TRD senior executive management were promised to be typed+provided in evidence by her: at 3 Feb 2020,
fifteen years later, Lander had not provided these, but used the RNS to broadcast
her market manipulation activities in period of false market, carrying the severest insider dealing sanctions.
Lines 3474 to 4818, of attached evidence of Alistair McIntyre Fulton refer, 16.2.06,
executed for him by Nick Burrows, who he has now also driven out, seemingly destroyed
and demoralised.
Fulton retired by rotation shortly after AGM 31.10.05 and has not been director since.
Poll voting adopted by AMF JR IMH MM AJD (officers) plus other TRD members in forum of members meeting 31.10.05 for that year and thereafter.

TRD is not a cover for Alistair McIntyre Fulton nor will TRD pay to defend this shareholder, including for period of directorship ending just after 2005.

Reed Smith Warner Cranston Corporate and Employment Lawyers to Mira Makar and Triad Group Plc, letter of engagement dated 8 November 2002 following her resignation and invitation by JR to suspend pending exploration of possibility of MM rescinding resignation, together with receipt for payment of £5,230 plus VAT from Triad Group Plc 31 December 2002.
Resignation was advised by D Wootton, as disorderly, disruptive, drunken and violent behaviour of officers together with AMF apathy, refusal to meet PwC or read board documents ("what do you want me to do with this?") made it impossible to deliver the premise on which capital was repaid, April and October 2002.
AMF notes of meeting on 6 November 2002 have been hidden by him, being terms
of agreeing to rescind, incorporating new contract terms.
These were terms of MM's senior executive management for agreeing to define
and support a turnaround in dire market conditions.
"BUY" recommendation achieved by 24.12.04-AMF complaining at £1/4m paid to A&O
for legal support esp. Cranfield Conference 2003, not attended by Tim Eckes, who remains ignorant of the ingredients for success as a result, especially loyalty.
AMF hacked MM records and made public in court Eckes personal exchanges with MM, without the knowledge or authority of either employee or TRD.
AMF has not evidenced any similar letter of engagement and fee note from Freeths, with receipt recording who paid.
Had AMF been director seeking proper advice he could have spent to £5k before VAT.
MM together with JR each paid £430k to add in Nov 2002, in reliance that new contract
in place.

AMF confirmed in meeting 22.09.16 that he was aware of this, and therefore, had he wished to engage separate representation for himself, he had from 22.9.16 until 12.2.19,

Alistair McIntyre Fulton testimony to MM 9 August 2016 on eve of members meeting, asking MM to provide him with evidence of his obstruction of QBD enforcement 18.3.11 and 21.4.11, requiring unfettered access as agreed under short form agreement,commitment made by JR.
JR with AMF had led the obstruction from 3.2.05, when JR acquired a state of awareness
from Alison Lander, covered up by AMF, from MM and his then board, whilst a false listing using TRD name was made on the RNS (4.2.05).
AMF required (under Companies Court action, for 2005 financials, 2005 et seq AGM, 2006
ET court orders, enforcement from March 2011 in QBD) to produce 2005 letter commissioned from A&O to PwC without the knowledge or authority of TRD, its board or those affected, asserting that there was indemnity under Articles but the nature of MM's expenditure
"did not qualify".

Misled shareholders and creditors AGM October 2005, that Herbert Smith bills funded by the late Samia Makar (shareholder voting at 2005 AGM through proxy) "would not be paid" but proceeded to spend £1.5m on A&O without MM's knowledge or authority.
By March 2011, AMF informed he was not going to communicate and by 9.8.16 that
"he never gets upset." Witness statement that "he never gets upset" has not been provided
by him.
Shareholder proxy poll votes for 10.8.16 have not been published.
2016 cards themselves were available in AGM 2017, at BDO's offices in Baker St, then destroyed before the results were published on the RNS and still outstanding.
AMF had these records of members' estates in safe-custody as bailee but has not provided account or notified TRD insurers of the destruction. BDO has thrown him out of using their offices in Baker St. with adverse impact on members . Notice was not given for 2017 AGM
or that of 2018. Notes of 22.6.16 meeting with MM remain withheld.

Draft embargo'ed judgment before settlement of transcript secretly obtained, doctored by Dean, and, with number added, posted on BAILII.
On 22 February 2019 JACOB DEAN used 5RB clerk Olivia Smith (best known for putting
down the phone on the public) to secure a first draft from Julian Knowles before any
transcript had been provided to settle with evidence heard recorded.
He arranged he was the only person who would get this.
He proceeded to doctor it as he saw fit, and procure that a temporary clerk obtained
a neutral citation number from the computer, attached it to his doctored uninformed outpourings, without transcript, and publish on BAILII.
Unlimited reputation damage to Triad Group Plc, a publicly listed company, and
Nicholas Edmund Burrows, in regard forgery and perverting justice.
Burrows has resigned and complained to Dean, who does not have a direct access client care letter in place for Burrows, that his prospects of finding other employment are seriously harmed by such falsehoods.
TRD has nose dived into losses.
As at 13 February 2020 Alistair Mcintyre Fulton has not resigned.
He required Equiniti registrars to circumvent their fraud alert mechanisms (late 2016/early 2017) despite the fact TRD outsourcing to them meant TRD is contractually committed to allowing those alerts to work.
Dean brushed off Equiniti activity as though they were a third party and blamed them for suspending MM's TWITTER, without checking or evaluating the harm caused, including to SME Alliance, a TWITTER based network of the privately wealthy including SMEs harmed by the activities of predators and lawyers renting out their infrastructure for gain and commission.

Burrows has resigned and complained to Dean, who does not have a direct access client care letter in place for Burrows, that his prospects of finding other employment are seriously harmed by such falsehoods. TRD had nose dived into losses. As at 13 February 2020 Alistair Mcintyre Fulton has not resigned. He required Equiniti registrars to circumvent their fraud alert mechanisms (late 2016/early 2017) despite the fact TRD outsourcing to them meant TRD is contractually committed to allowing those alerts to work. Dean brushed off Equiniti activity as though they were a third party and blamed them for suspending MM's TWITTER, without checking or evaluating the harm caused, including to SME Alliance, a TWITTER based network of the privately wealthy including SMEs harmed by the activities of predators and lawyers renting out their infrastructure for gain and commission. Forgery on BAILII relied on for TRD RNS early March 2019, destabilising the market, falsifying the accounts and auditor's report, compelling resignations and precipitating escalating losses. This was further to her instructions, on behalf of all those named, prior to her structuring of sale and purchase agreement, reorganisation, to create Triad Group Plc. Her terms of agreeing to float included that A&O were to be company lawyers, failing which there would be no float. MM covered by unlimited indemnity from selling shareholders. A&O on record for TRD in Companies Court, Chancery, 6530-2005, witnesses to AGM 31.10.05, when TRD committed to poll voting i.e. no demand required. AMF retired by rotation, refused to communicate with shareholders whom he had excluded but continued to block their access to enforcement of their own estates (25.3.2011 refers). 20.1.19 investors reminded him of the 31.10.05 AGM, recorded by Herbert Smith, in QBD as HQ06XO1803, Herbert Smith LLP v Mira Makar. AMF confirmed in meeting 22.09.16 that he was aware of this, and therefore, had he wished to engage separate representation for himself, he had from 22.9.16 until 12.2.19, when he organised to be heard, bringing family along it would appear, but keeping mum and no counsel instructed. JR with AMF had led the obstruction from 3.2.05, when he acquired a state of awareness from Alison Lander,covered up by AMF, MM and his then board, whilst a false listing using TRD name was made on the RNS (4.2.05). AMF required (under Companies Court action, for 2005 financials, 2005 et seq AGM, 2006 ET court orders, enforcement from March 2011 in QBD) to produce 2005 letter commissioned from A&O to PwC without the knowledge or authority of TRD, its board or those affected, asserting that there was indemnity under Articles but the nature of MM's expenditure "did not qualify". Required ET 2006; QBD March and April 2011; Comm Ct Burton J 22.6.11 (2010 Folio 885); HQ06XO1803, outstanding from June 2006 as a result. Misled shareholders and creditors AGM October 2005, that Herbert Smith bills funded by the late Samia Makar (shareholder voting at 2005 AGM through proxy) "would not be paid" but proceeded to spend £1.5m on A&O without MM's knowledge or authority. By March 2011, informed he was not going to communicate and by 9.8.16 that "he never gets upset." Witness statement that "he never gets upset" has not been provided by him. Shareholder proxy poll votes for 10.8.16 have not been published. 2016 cards themselves were available in AGM 2017, at BDO's offices in Baker St, then destroyed before the results were published on the RNS and still outstanding. AMF had these records of members' estates in safe-custody as bailee but has not provided account or notified insurers of the destruction. BDO has thrown him out of using their offices in Baker St. with adverse impact on members . Notice was not given for 2017 AGM or that of 2018. Notes of 22.6.16 meeting with MM remain withheld. AMF continues "I never get upset."

Resignation was advised by D Wootton, as disorderly, disruptive, drunken and violent behaviour of officers together with AMF apathy, refusal to meet PwC or read board documents ("what do you want me to do with this?") made it impossible to deliver the premise on which capital was repaid, April and October 2002. AMF notes of meeting on 6 November 2002 have been hidden by him,being terms of agreeing to rescind, incorporating new contract terms. These were terms of MM's senior executive management for agreeing to define and support a turnaround in dire market conditions. "BUY" recommendation achieved by 24.12.04-AMF complaining at £1/4m paid to A&O for legal support esp. Cranfield Conference 2003,not attended by Tim Eckes, who remains ignorant of the ingredients for success as a result, especially loyalty. AMF hacked MM records and made public in court Eckes personal exchanges with MM, without the knowledge or authority of either employee or TRD. AMF has not evidenced any similar letter of engagement and fee note from Freeths, with receipt recording who paid. Had AMF been director seeking proper advice he could have spent to £5k before VAT. MM together with JR each paid £430k to add in Nov 2002, in reliance that new contract in place. Damages for breach of contract and statutory duty in MM v AMF & Ors in the Companies Court 6530-2005. TRIAD GROUP PLC (TRD) PROXY POLL VOTING CARDS SENT BY EQUINITI TO STEVEN MARK SANDERSON AND ALISTAIR MCINTYRE FULTON TO SUPPORT VOTING 23.9.17 BY PROXY JOHN RIGG - On 31 October 2005 Triad Group Plc (TRD) led by its officers JC Rigg, non exec chair of board meetings, when present and willing, AM Fulton Chair of Audit Comm, Mira Makar Executive Deputy Chairman, Finance Director, Group CEO, AJ Dixon FCA, Company Secretary, advised also by David Wootton,A&O, on the dias as shadow director, chipping in whenever he felt like it, committed to poll voting in regard shareholders' resolutions. Witnesses include Peter Watson, Head of A&O litigation, others who had also attended without the knowledge of the company or permission of members and Margaret Nowlam, from registrars Lloyds TSB Registrars. Lloyds TSB Registrars habitually provided a RECEIPT for proxy voting cards sent in. The results of the voting was announced BEFORE the close of the meeting. Distribution of cards to proxies and physical voting was observed by members. Counting the votes on the cards was visible to members. There was no SIRIUS computer, excel spreadsheets or other potential contamination. Voting cards were PRESERVED by the registrar as being assets in the estate of members (safe custody) and now bar coded and retrievable.
