Embargo'ed materials were dispatched by Sarah Moore to public platforms on 23 November 2020 (an offence), triggering the need to add to the C of A file by 21 days later (14 December 2020). This was done and receipted (mandatory damage mitigation).

The embargo'ed materials disseminated to the world by Sarah Moore, happened three days after delivery of judgment against Allianz in New South Wales (20 November 2020). This judgment told the world that Allianz does not pay out on claims if it finds any veneer of an excuse, but concedes immediately once in court. The case involved a builder where roofs of work in progress had to be replaced after a storm. The court decided the event was the storm and there was no significance in how many houses were involved. Allianz had tried to say that only one house was covered. They conceded at once but delayed the payment considerably, only facing interest as a penalty.

It is crucially important that Simon Quincey Hobbs is forced to reveal the UBIQUS transcription that Tom Holden obtained covering late pm 22 September 2020. He, Holden, Freeths et al have hidden this from 22 September 2020 to 5 April 2021. Triad protection (including its ex employees) cannot be assured until this is done and orderliness achieved. Hobbs should have told the Fultons that it does not matter what form of injunctive relief he conned them into believing he was getting. He did not cover ex employees or ex office holders. Such exclusion was heard before Andrew Smith J on 19 November 2012, who said they would not be protected. Allianz was heard on that very subject and lost.

Freeths should have told Alistair and Eileen Fulton by now that they have bought this transcript but not handed it over to the minorities. These are doing the impossible to protect TRD, its tattered and tragic remnants of former unity, and salvage JR's seemingly waning aspiration to return to 2004 glory.

It is wrong that Hobbs is allowed to lie to media and say he has handed over all the transcripts, when the world knows he has not: the audio purchase orders are on this site but not the transcripts nor any record of communication he has provided them, even if they cannot be publicly shown on grounds of being embargo'ed.

Judiciary have not authorised the audio release for 22.9.20. The transcript will have to come from Hobbs and be put into safer hands where it can do no further harm. It has been used as an instrument of terror and division from 22 September 2020, a hearing marked "private" i.e. meaning secret from those targeted and those endorsing by lending their name at least, who may have been seeking also to vent some emotion and achieve some unstated objective.
