"Injunction"
the “Injunction” is a defined term. The definition is in SQH10 (excluded on 13.10.20).
It was stated to have been created on 23 September 2020, the eve of the TRD “AGM”.
This was the day after an arrest warrant was issued (22.9.20). It de-railed the TRD AGM
on 24.9.20 by driving a wedge between Joint Principal Shareholders contrary to the contract concluded November 2002, for which each gave consideration, agreed and endorsed AMF,
London Capital Club circa 6 November 2002, eighteen years ago.
This is called "breach of contract". MM has not requested the court for an injunction to stop the contract being broken. A&O accepted instructions that the bullying constituted constructive dismissal, she had "been there before" and she was not going to accept being bullied.
On 31 January 2005, A&O convened a meeting at their offices attended by AMF, JCR, IMH, MM, DHW, his side kick (Adam Blake, whose notes from 24 January 2005 have still not been typed up). MM was asked to cede her authority to a committee including this concert party. She said "no." In January and February 2006 AMF filed documents in Companies House stating that MM had resigned. She had not. She resigned in October 2002. This followed December 2005 when AMF was party to an RNS stating MM had "ceased to be a director and employee".
PwC told him they had resigned before the start of 2006. Instead of telling his board, including MM, AMF filed in Companies House that MM had resigned, "as though" she had succumbed on 31 January 2005. He knew that "no MM, no PwC". The RNS of November 2006 has not been filed in Companies House, contrary to the short form agreement which is confidential.
On 22 September 2016 AMF complained to MM "you went to the press to say you were vindicated.". Flattering though that presumed degree of clout might be, MM had no influence over what the FT wrote and writes, or any other National Press. AMF's notes remain hidden, despite being the property of TRD and should have been in evidence in his witness statement 10 January 2019 and a year later. They have been withheld January 2019 - December 2020.
